Whether you are interested in one of our softwares already created or in need of your own bespoke software created, please get in touch via the ‘Contact Us’ section and we will be more than happy to book you a consultation to ensure this is the best option for you and to answer any questions you may have.
Once the consultation has concluded and you are happy with the agreement. We will then forward you a copy of our Terms & Conditions which we require that you read to understand the formal agreement.
Finally, once the Terms & Conditions have been agreed. We will forward you a downloadable link to the program designed, to access your software.
We take payment on the 1st of every month.
This is done automatically via the payment details you have given us.
If there is to be any issues, we will contact you direct.
At Streamline we have a 2 month cancellation notice.
This means that when you notify us that you are wanting to exit the agreement, you will continue with the payment for the software for 2 more months. After that notice has been worked, there will be no more payments taken and the agreement will be void.
We are always monitoring the software we provide. So if there is an issue, we will investigate the problem and aim to fix the software as soon as possible.
You will be notified if any issues occur.
If you decide to subscribe to one of our pre-built software’s, there will be no start up cost’s involved and the first payment made will be for the month ahead.
However, if you require a bespoke software to be built, all start up costs will be highlighted in the Consultation or soon after.

If a payment is unsuccessful on the 1st of the month, we will make 2 more attempts to make the payment before getting in contact with you directly.
